H&L Motors is a 3rd generation family business in Twickenham that celebrated its 70th year in 2023 and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Driver to join our excellent and friendly team.
We take care of some of the most prestigious car brands in the world, but as a growing family-run business, we also take care of our staff with good conditions and regular training.
Our busy company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will have excellent customer-facing skills and will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of cars to our customers and completing damage repair reports, with photographs, for the business.
In this role, you will work full time Mon-Fri between the hours of 7 am – 6.00 pm (early / late shifts). Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Safely and punctually delivering and collecting vehicles for our valued
customers
• Obtaining delivery confirmations from each customer
• Conducting inspections of vehicles before departing, collection and delivery
• Delivering and collecting from different locations
• Assisting our clients in completing our standard paperwork (full training given)
About you: We’d love to hear from you if you are a self-motivated and hardworking team player with drive, ambition, energy, and enthusiasm.
You will have:
• Full UK clean driving licence
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
• IT and Computer Literacy
• Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with clients
• Ability to be a team player, under pressure
• Capability of preserving confidential or sensitive information
• Positive and professional attitude
