Summary
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting students with SEMH needs at an alternative provision in Trafford. This position is to start as soon as possible, will be full time and will initially be a temporary role, but will become permanent.
This position will be ideal for a teaching assistant/learning support assistant with recent SEMH experience who is looking to gain some more experience in an alternative provision.
You will be working with small groups of students or perhaps on a 121 basis with particular students. All pupils are 11 - 16 years old.
Contract/position details:
* Location - Trafford
* Position - Teaching Assistant

* Contract type - temp to perm
* Full time
* Pay rate: £97-£120
Experience, Training and qualifications:
* Recent experience working with students with SEMH
* GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or '4' & above
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
* Up to date Prevent training issued in the last 3 years
* Up to date FGM & behaviour management training
To be eligible you must have/be:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS child & adult certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide a minimum of two references covering the last 2 years
