Summary

Regional Casework Administrator

About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Casework team! Our Regional Casework Administrators play a vital role in our welfare teams by acting as a first point of contact to triage all enquiries and requests which may require further investigation and support from our team of Casework Officers and volunteers. Casework Administrators are often the first person a beneficiary speaks to when requesting our help. Primary responsibilities include



dealing with general telephone enquiries and correspondence

accurately updating the CMS data base (we use Salesforce)

carry out a broad range of day-to-day administrative tasks

About you

You will need to have previous experience in providing administrative support ideally from a welfare service sector. Experience of working within a busy GP surgery or social care administration would be highly beneficial as you can bring great people skills with you! Essential criteria for this role includes

highly proficient Microsoft 365 user with experience of databases, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Excellent telephone manner always displaying warmth, empathy and active listening skills

Maintain accuracy across a range of duties such as letters, emails, updating databases etc

Overall, we are looking for an enthusiastic ‘hands on’ team member who is a resourceful and innovative problem solver and can confidently manage a busy, yet enjoyable workload.
