Summary
Preston College
At Preston College we take great pride in supporting all of our learners to achieve the qualifications they need, alongside the development of technical skills and knowledge that employers and universities are looking for.
The School of Visual Performing Arts and Digital Skills plays a vital role in the College’s ability to respond to local and regional business needs whilst serving the community we are so proudly a part of. The supported internship provision is very successful in helping learners with EHCPs in bridging the gap to meaningful employment. We work in partnership with DFN Project Search, Lancashire County Council and employers to offer opportunities for young people. This facilitator position will largely be based at Lancashire Constabulary at Hutton, and the successful candidate will be required to undertake police vetting.
