Summary
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting Care Assistants to provide high quality residential and dementia care for individuals in the community of Chorley, Preston.
- The successful individual must have experience providing high quality residential, respite and dementia care.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- The successful individual will be expected to ensure each resident receives assistance with all elements of their personal care to include washing, dressing as well as assisting residents in all aspects of daily living as required.
- The successful applicant will be expected to observe, monitor and record residents physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
Hours: 12 Hour Shifts 8am - 8pm
Rota: 2 week rolling rota
W1: Mon, Tues - Sat, Sun
W2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Salary: £24,024
Person Specification:
- The successful applicant must have a minimum of 1-year recent employed experience within elderly and dementia care.
- It would be beneficial if the applicant must be a car driver with full UK driving license.
