Summary
Support the delivery of communications and engagement plans for specific projects/campaigns. Produce a broad range of written communications to suit the appropriate channel. Deliver internal communications with clear messages, for a range of internal audiences. Creating and publishing website and intranet content and assisting with the ongoing maintenance of our website and intranet. To provide administrative support to the team, such as event planning, project and work planning support and working as part of a team to ensure provision of a smooth and efficient service. To develop, produce and edit visual presentations and create audio video footage/interviews for staff/ teams ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and consistency when editing with specified software. Working with external agencies to deliver communications services, ensuring successful outcomes. To assist other teams across the organisation to identify the most appropriate medium/channel to use to further their business objective, such as helping to develop and implement a communications plan as required for their needs considering budgetary/time/resource requirements. To collate, interpret and produce reports following internal and external event/ meeting feedback as necessary for evaluation. Ensure all communications embody the ICB vision and values and supports its priorities. Maintaining excellent contacts and relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. To monitor ICB social media and identify key conversation trends and ensure key partners and stakeholders are aware of the ICB social media presence. Maintaining and developing the ICBs social media presence within evolving times. Develop good working relationships with communication and engagement colleagues across the Health and Care Partnership organisations to ensure that opportunities for developing content are found with all partner organisations and we work jointly in promoting campaigns where appropriate. Prioritises own workload and manages own time in a manner that maintains and promotes high quality.
