Summary
The post holder will provide skilled anaesthetic support for Ophthalmic patients undergoing procedures, General anaesthetic and ophthalmic blocks. The role involves preparing the theatre environment, equipment, managing stock and drugs, checking and completing accurate documentation, patient monitoring and supporting the multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe patient care. The post holder will be familiar with and adhere to the Trust policies and to the BCUHB Trust values.
