We are currently recruiting a part time Administration Assistant to join the Administration Team to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to Homes and Development. This is a part time, permanent role, working 16 hours per week on a job share basis.
The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.

1. Liaise with and provide administrative support to the Homes and Development team
2. Deal with enquiries whether written, by telephone, or in person from customers, contractors and other departments and organisations.
3. Arrange and process customer refunds via our Ebis system.
4. Work closely with the Administration Manager to assist with customer complaints and ensure they are logged, recorded, and acknowledged on time.
5. Create and update documents using relevant software packages, including word processing and spreadsheets.
What we are looking for:
Experience in:
1. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
2. Working across multi-functional teams.
Knowledge of:
1. Effective communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. Ability to prioritise work.
5. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
6. Hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to commute to sites when required
