Summary
As a bookkeeper your role is to accurately record the transactions of your client's business into accounting software and reconcile them against their bank accounts.
Day to day your role will include:
Recording sales and purchases into accounting software
Reconciling bank accounts
Reconciling loan and credit card accounts
Reconciling control accounts
Filing paperwork
Uploading documents to storage software
Communicating with clients through email and telephone to gather documents
Drafting payroll submissions
