Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Shipston Primary School is recruiting for an excellent SEND teaching assistant Level 3 to work in the Dovecote, a Specialist Resourced Provision for children with communication and interaction difficulties, opening in September 2024.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEND teaching assistant who has a nurturing approach with high expectations for the children within the base and school. They will be highly motivated and will require knowledge and experience of special educational needs, especially autism, and to be able to support with emotional regulation and learning.
