Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is seeking a passionate and organised Customer Liaison Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary contact point for residents during planned works on their homes.



What you'll do:

Support residents throughout the project lifecycle, from introductions to aftercare. Ensure residents understand works, prepare their homes, and explore alternative arrangements if needed. Advise residents on choices and explain project timelines. Liaise between contractors, staff, and residents for smooth communication. Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and manage access issues during works. Offer aftercare advice to residents once projects are finished. Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Champion vulnerable residents' needs during major projects. Organize and conduct resident engagement activities.
