Summary
Must have Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care.
To promote the aims and objectives and values of the setting.
To promote high standards at all times.
To assist the Manager & Deputy Manager in showing potential service users, families and outside agencies around the home.
To assist with the implementation of administration procedures such as registrations, care plans, risk assessments, daily journals and incident/accident reports.
To undertake the medication ordering, administering and returning of medication, assessing staff competency in areas of their role.
Must be flexible.
