£23,654 - £24,730 pro-rata per annum (subject to job evaluation)
Temporary until 31st July 2025

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist the Team Leader in a wide range of administrative tasks. You should have a flexible approach to a changing workload in a challenging environment and be a source of information to prisoners on what we can offer within the Learning Centre and refer them to the correct member of staff.
You will be educated to NC/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent (SCQF Level 5) and have proven experience of working in a busy office environment. Excellent IT and Communication skills are essential.
This position is based within the Learning Centre which sits in HMP Low Moss and as a result of this, the successful candidate will have to complete mandatory in-house SPS Training, which includes classroom work as well as scenario based physical movements for self-defence purposes
Free car parking is available on site.
