As Process Technologist, you’ll ensure the successful launch of new products and improve existing ranges. You’ll be hands-on running factory trials, ensuring concepts are effectively scaled up in production.
The role involves ensuring all NPD and EPD projects follow the stage and gate process. You’ll work on initial feasibility trials, factory-scale, and pre-production trials. At first production runs, you’ll often host retail customer visits, keen to see first-hand successful product launches into their stores.
You’ll work closely with the Development Technologist team, taking ownership of projects from recipe sign off stage. You’ll have the support of the Senior Process Technologist, to solve any operational issues during trials, working closely with the team on the factory floor. It’s a great role for someone keen to develop their skills and progress their career. You’ll have a clear development plan with the right training and support to help you grow.
The role requires some experience gained in an NPD team with involvement in factory trials and the launch process. It’s a Mon-Fri days-based role on site. You’ll need the permanent right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available with this role.
