Summary
Hiraeth is our new contemporary kitchen & coffee house here in Llanidloes. Our vision is for a welcoming, relaxed space in which our customers can enjoy a coffee with brunch or a catch up with friends over tapas & bottle of something chilled.
We know how important staff are to a business & our priority is to build a team that brings their personality to ours.
What we require of you:
- Supervise FoH staff.
- Prepare staff rotas alongside Company directors
- Training & guiding new staff members
- Take & manage bookings
- Waiting tables, making & serving drinks.
- Welcoming & seating our customers
- General admin & opening/locking up duties
- All our staff will also be required to be flexible with the duties they carry out & willingly to help out where needed.
- Work hand in hand with our kitchen team to ensure the best experience for our staff & customers alike.
