About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Foreign Language Programme Coordinator and Language Tutor to join the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and be based in The Language Centre. The position provides not just the opportunity to teach, but the flexibility to enhance and improve the provision in all aspects and also gives you the opportunity to put creative practices in place to allow students to use and practice the language outside of the classroom as you teach on the language modules and evening courses.

You will act as a module leader on the language modules and perform all duties related to this title, coordinating and overseeing all academic aspects of the language modules and evening courses.

About You

As a Foreign Language Programme Coordinator and Language Tutor you will have:

Competence or proficiency in languages offered by the Centre (French and Spanish are desirable but can be any of the other languages offered by the Centre)
Experience of teaching in Higher Education
Experience of leading or coordinating programmes
Attention to detail
