Summary
Specialist Indian Cuisine Chef - Doncaster
Up to £35,496 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday-Friday 11.30am to 8pm
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Specialist Indian Cuisine Chef for our dedicated catering team in Doncaster, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this prestigious contract.

About the role- Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Hospitality.
- 150-250 customers on site
- Working along side Manager to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus
- Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standards
- Maintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service.
- Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a high volume, high quality environment
- Previous experience working in a B&I contract preferred
- Experience in working to an achievable GP
- Stock and Waste control experience
- Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha\\'s Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
- Security Clearance will be required for this role
- Meal provided while on duty
