Summary

Indie 16 is a unique organisation providing semi-independent living for 16-18 year-olds with a range of needs and behaviours.Indie 16 is a small business. Currently based in Crewe, where we have two 4 bed properties. We will be expanding over the next couple of months outside of Crewe leaving room for growth within the company.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Manager who wants to make a positive difference in the Supported Living sector. This is a great opportunity for you to make your mark and develop your career with a progressive small to medium sized company.
About you:
This role requires someone to act as a Registered Manager and take responsibility for delivering services, which are fully compliant with legislation and regulatory requirements for supported living services, regulated by Ofsted.
You must have the ability to lead and manage the teams within each service and promote positive outcomes for Young People. You must have excellent communication skills, IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have full autonomy in this role and therefore should be able to work on your own initiative, plan your own workload and prioritise tasks. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, flexibility, and ambition.
You will be passionate about your role, communicate effectively and be a strong team player.
You should be qualified with a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent as a minimum.
You should be willing to undertake a DBS check and have a full UK driving licence, with access to a vehicle for this role.
You will be supporting the business and dealing with sensitive and confidential services with Local Authorities and commissioners, so excellent standards of spoken and written English language are essential, and a good understanding of GDPR considerations.
