Your duties working as an Internal Sales Executive will include:
• Identifying and managing sales opportunities
• Generating business from new and existing customers, building long lasting
relationships
• Managing internal customer database and ensuring all records are current
and up to date
• Providing customers with an efficient, helpful, friendly customer service
• Processing of quotations to orders
• Advising customers on products
• Day to day processing of enquiries generated over the phone/email/web
• Managing prospects
• Ensuring thorough accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer service
levels are maintained at all times
• Working in a highly dynamic, target driven environment
You will have confident communication skills, being able to build long lasting business relationships. In addition, you will be a good listener who is extremely customer and sales driven, and a high level of self-motivation and desire to succeed.
