We are looking for a PMO Analyst of a 6 month fixed term contract to join our Agile PMO team. You will work and promote the flow of vlaue across the ART's as well as monitoring and perfomance reporting across the portfolio and for individual ART's when requested.



Key Responsibilities





- Provide support to the Head of APMO and the ART leadership teams to achieve reliable data quality across the agile toolset
- Maintain process documentation, establishing and maintaining a document library and ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and that templates and tools are clearly defined
- Providing guidance to ART’s to enable them to demonstrate how they are delivering value against agreed business measures of success
- Operating within allocated budgets and overall departmental risk appetite
- Accountable for the overall control framework of IS, ensuring that controls in place are fit for purpose through evidence and best practice framework alignment, integrated, do not create duplication and complement each other for the overall effective performance of the IS department.




Skills and Experience





- Experience providing Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO) services within a scaled agile framework including comprehensive knowledge of the mechanisms and controls required to deliver a successful and effective APMO function
- Experience of quarterly planning events for the ART’s (PI Planning)
- Experience of administering governance procedures and in analysing performance data to report against delivery progress
- Strong customer focus and excellent organisation skills
- Competency in the use of technology platforms (such as Jira; Confluence; SharePoint) for issue tracking, content management and collaboration.


Desired:

- Formal qualification in an agile discipline
- Experience of working in a scaling agile environment
