Summary

Wyndham Park Infants’ School is a mainstream primary with 270 pupils between the ages of 4-7 and St Mark’s CofE School is a mainstream Junior School for pupils aged 7-11 years both Education Provisions (EPs) have a SEND resource base.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and efficient dual site Office Manager across both EPs to ensure the smooth running of the office functions with excellent experience of working in a school or similar environment and leading a team of administrators. Within our EPs we are committed to the education and wellbeing of each and every child, and we take pride in the EPs’ positive and caring culture.

We are looking for someone who:
Can lead on providing administrative support to the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team.
Has strong ICT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package including Outlook
Has fantastic customer service front facing experience
Organised and efficient with excellent data accuracy and experience of Management Information Systems (MIS)
Can assist in planning and development of support services
Is able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Has excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
