We have a new and exciting opportunity for the right person to join our central team on a 12-month fixed term contract (with the potential to extend) to lead the design and set up, of data systems to capture Trust operational data, build delivery dashboards and lead on information collation and design projects.
Working directly with Head of Service, you will have the opportunity to work independently, use creative thinking and with proven delivery, create a key role within the Projects & Operational Strategy Team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing reports and live dashboards to capture performance and enable key decision making. This is a new role and will give the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, leading schools where children thrive.
This role is based at the Learning Partners Academy Trust head offices located in Guildford.
This is a fixed term, working 36 hours per week working all year round. There is scope for this to be adjusted, with duties adjusted to reflect agreed hours.
The Successful Candidate
You will have:
• Advanced Microsoft skill, Excel & Power Bi in particular
• Ability to bring together data from a variety of sources in a way to enable data analysis
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail and ability to check for accuracy
• Ability to organise, plan, prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to reach all project stakeholders
