Step Teachers are working with a “Good” Ofsted rated school that provides a high-quality education for girls from 11 to 19 years old and is rightfully proud to continue a long tradition of excellence in education as well as caring for the welfare of our student to find a Geography Teacher to join their team immediately or in September 2024. The Geography Teacher will be supporting a class of well-behaved and enthusiastic Secondary level pupils. The Geography Teacher should be passionate and ready to engage with their students, contributing to the school's polite, friendly and safe educational atmosphere.
Geography Teacher - Role:
- Able to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
- The Geography should have the ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.
Geography Teacher - Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have two years plus recent experience as a Secondary level Geography Teacher.
- Have a good level of classroom and behavior management.
