We have an exciting opportunity to join our Capital and Technical Teams within the Property and Assets section of Housing Services, based at Allan Water House, Stirling.

Our team members work together to provide an investment, maintenance and repair service for approximately 6,000 properties throughout the Stirling Council area.

The successful applicant will take a proactive role in supporting the Capital and Technical members in areas which include Capital Investment, Repairs and Maintenance as well as Health and Safety within Housing Service’s.

The successful candidate must have experience in administration and be able to work to tight deadlines with competing priorities. A knowledge of the general construction industry would be desirable. The post holder will have excellent customer care, communication and IT skills and have experience of Microsoft packages and database software packages.

A driving licence is essential.

There may also be the opportunity to participate or support us in providing an out of hours/stand by service.
