Summary


We are looking for a full time Admin and Clerical Assistant in Radiology. This covers working at multiple St George's Trust Sites (St George's Hospital, The Nelson Health Centre, Queen Mary's Hospital, The Wilson and St Johns therapy centre).

The successful candidates will primarily be based at Queen Mary's Hospital site and occasionally work across sites as listed above.

This post is a rota based role anytime between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, 37.5 Hours a week. This is a general administration support role, entailing jobs such as reception duties and back of house administration duties for the Radiology department.

• To assist with any other duties appropriate to the grade as directed by the Assistant Service Manager and Senior Team Leaders.

• Emailing urgent reports and recording all responses sent.
• Importing and actioning GP requests coming into the department via email and ensuring that all email queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
• To ensure that requests and other necessary paperwork are fully completed and dealt with appropriately in a timely manner.
