Summary

High5 Recruitment are seeking a Children's Home Deputy Manager to join an established Children's Residential Care company in Moseley, Birmingham

£29,760
£70.00 per sleep in shift
Overtime rates
8am to 11pm
160 hours per month

Open to current Deputy Managers, and Senior Residential Support Workers who are currently working in an OFSTED Regulated Service.

Role involves deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager.

Full UK DL and access to own transport essential.

Key Responsibilities:
***Supervise Residential Support Workers
***Responsible for the day-to-day safety of the home, young people, and staff
***Assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home
***Risk Assessment process

Essential criteria?

***Full UK Driving License and access to own transport
***Currently working in a senior/management role within children's residential care or similar Ofsted regulated service semi independent/supported accommodation
***Minimum qualification Level 3/4 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
***Willing to travel to our other homes in Birmingham when necessary to cover shifts

This fantastic new role may just have been created for you!

We are recruiting on behalf of an established company who have four children's residential homes. This role requires you to work in our 3-bed EBD Home supporting young people between 10 and 17 years old.

You will receive a two week induction programme upon commencing your employment journey with us, which will involve spending time with the Registered Manager, staffing team and of course our young people.
