The Client:
Our client is a well-established real agency, providing comprehensive lettings and sales solutions.
The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire lettings process.
This role may require you to visit properties for viewings, handling maintenance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and advise on rental pricing.
- Negotiate terms and manage tenancy agreements.
- Attending site meetings with landlords, tenants, and contractors as needed.
- Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of lettings experience.
- Exceptional customer service and organisation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and car
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
