JOB PURPOSE
- To ensure accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes
- To provide high quality support to stakeholders at all times
- To continuously review current processes, identifying improvements and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Processing a variety of different invoices, accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate invoice processing issues and the root cause of non-straight through processing.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure fast query resolution.
- Adhering to quality and compliance at all times.
- Supporting Team Leaders on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required
- Using various communication tools including Microsoft Office, to communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly
- Attention to detail
- Verbal Communication Skills to explain issues
DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable Department
- Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle and APRO
- Self-motivated and work on your own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality
- Interest in Automation technologies
