What have our colleagues got to say about working as a Healthy Relationship Support Worker at Key?

“I love working for Key because although the work is challenging, I feel like I am making a difference. I can see the change in children & young people and parents and teachers also notice a big difference. As a Healthy Relationship Support Worker, I am encouraged to use my own unique skills and to work independently but saying this I know I can ask for help and there is always a quick response. The team at Key genuinely care and are supportive of each other. This is something I haven’t experienced as strongly before. I also like that Key does lots of different things, but these are all to empower people to have a brighter future and this goes hand in hand with Key’s ambition to try new things”
