Supported Housing Project Coordinator (Job Ref 24-25)

Salary – £19,231 per annum (£28,462 per annum pro rata)

25 hours per week (over 4 days per week)

Are you passionate about supporting young people? Can you lead a team ensuring their priority is the welfare, achievements and positive outcomes of the young people living in our accommodation?

We are looking to recruit a coordinator to oversee our supported accommodation project in Paignton.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic coordinator to lead a small team in the supporting of vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 through their journey to independence. You will manage the day to day coordination of the staff, quality of support and housing management of the project in conjunction with colleagues.

The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project. The post holder will cover 2 nights shifts (sleep-in) per month.
