Position: Construction Instructor (Plumbing and Carpentry) Location: Croydon Salary: Negotiable with the School

Are you an experienced construction instructor with a passion for teaching plumbing and carpentry to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a dynamic SEMH secondary school in Croydon. If you are committed to making a positive impact on young people's lives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to SEMH students.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience instructing carpentry and plumbing is required.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications.

Preferred:
- QTTLS is welcomed, but experience is essential and non-negotiable.
