Summary


We require experienced phlebotomists to join the Phlebotomy Service at the Royal London and Mile End Hospitals. The main duty is to collect blood samples from patients in inpatient and outpatient areas at The Royal London and Mile End Hospitals, and the Mental Health wards at Mile End Hospital.

The successful candidates may be required to work in other areas of the Trust.

Core working hours are 7.00am-6.00pm on weekdays and 7.00am-12.00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Morning and afternoon shifts are available, but successful candidates are expected to be flexible in their working patterns to meet service demands.

To participate in the provision of a high quality phlebotomy service to all patients in any location as required.

To manage and prioritise personal and team workloads in various clinical areas.
