Summary
KPI Recruiting is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our Wigan office.
Working Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: KPI Recruiting Wigan, 11 Smithy Green, Ince, Wigan, WN2 2AT

What does the role entail?
• Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
• Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the external recruitment market
• Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidates
• Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checks
• Foster a coherent working environment, by providing a strong leadership
• Recognising key motivators in the working environment.
• Support your team’s personal development to meet employees' career goals
• Work closely with the Commercial Director, to implement improvement strategies
• Ensure the ‘sales cycle’ is being followed by the team and report weekly figures
• Ensure clear communication within the team
• Hold team briefings, complete 1:1’s with each team member, and monitor targets.
• Drive sales incentives throughout the team.
• Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online brand.
What do we want to see from you?
• Full UK Driving license
• Strong 360 recruitment experience is required
• Business development/sales experience
