Join us as an Apprentice - Commercial Support Administration!

Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice - Commercial Support Administration. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering efficient and proactive pricing services to our valued customers and overseas partners.

Location: Manchester, UK

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:30

What Will You Be Learning and Doing?

As an Apprentice in Commercial Support Administration, you will gain hands-on experience and develop key skills by engaging in the following activities:

  • Coordinating Commercial Tasks: Ensure that all team members are following up on their commercial tasks daily, facilitating smooth and effective operations.
  • Email Management: Monitor and action our generic email boxes, providing timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Supporting Sales and Customer Success: Provide essential support to our sales team and Customer Success Managers during customer visits and other engagements, contributing to our customer satisfaction and success.
