Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. Touchstone understands that we can only deliver excellence to the people we serve if the people we recruit are happy, empowered, supported to reach their potential and trusted to lead.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our evening Crisis Support Service known as “Here For You” in Leeds. The service offers a non-clinical, safe space with the aim of diverting individuals aged 16+ experiencing acute distress to more appropriate forms of support, away from A&E.

The post holder will provide effective leadership and performance management of the Leeds Here For You Service team, working closely with the Strategic Crisis Service Lead, ICB, primary care, statutory services, and other third sector organisations. They will have substantial experience of supporting people and planning services for people from diverse communities, particularly BME and LGBTQ+ communities, including working with people at risk of suicide and self-harm.
