Overview
We have an opportunity available for an Assistant Manager working waking nights to join the team at Our Place residential home based in Sale, Trafford, Manchester, M33 5AN.

Salary: £25,740 per annum.

Hours: 36 per week working 3 nights a week, shifts 7pm - 7am.

Contract: 12 months fixed term

Responsibilities
As the Assistant Deputy Manager of a residential home, your job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from making sure our staff are providing top-notch care to the residents, to making sure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for all. You will administer medication, complete and update care plans and risk assessments carry out various audits, manage admissions and discharges and complete supervisions on the floor.

But don't worry, this isn't your average role. You'll also be on a rota, ready to jump in at any time to deliver exceptional care to the residents.

Qualifications
NVQ III (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care is essential. Administration experience and able to use various IT systems would be an advantage.

Experience of working in a relevant care setting and providing a person centred approach.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
