Summary

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) new Payment and Charging Team.

As part of a large and diverse finance team the key responsibilities of this role are to make payments to our service providers and service users, apply client contributions and issuing invoices.

The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the input and updating of HSCPs Care First and SAP client databases. This is a front facing role and the post holder will be required to respond to telephone and email enquiries.

You must possess good communication skills, be flexible, organised and proficient in Microsoft Excel with finance and client database experience.

Temporary Full Time: Your normal hours of work will be 35 hours per week - to be worked between 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 3.55pm on Friday . This includes a daily unpaid lunch break of 50 minutes.

Temporary Part Time: Your normal hours of work will be 13.5 hours per week - to be discussed

Permanent Part Time: Your normal hours of work will be 21.5 hours per week - to be discussed
