Summary
Maintenance Handyperson - Hemel Hempstead area - Permanent role - Days - Monday to Friday
- £30,800 pa plus holiday pay and very good OT rates.
- You will be provided with a Company van and fuel card
- Van can be taken home each day
- Workwear, tools, materials and equipment are all provided for you
- Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas
Main Duties:
- Painting small outdoor containers
- Basic Plumbing - changing a tap, unblocking a sink etc
- Basic electrical work- wiring a plug, changing a bulb or ceiling light etc
- Straightforward joinery - repairing a door, fixing locks, replacing latches and handles
- Other maintenance and repair work
- Based out of Hemel Hempstead
All Applicants must have the following:
- A Full UK driving licence
- Previous repair and maintenance experience.
- Painting experience
- Experience of basic electrical, basic joinery and basic plumbing repair
- All applicants must live in areas near to Hemel Hempstead (or in the relatively nearby area)
£30,800 per annum plus you will be provided with a van, fuel card, work wear, tools and materials
