Title: Factory Operative / General Operative **NEW POSITION AND IMMEDIATE START** Due to continued growth, our client based in Pershore, a leading manufacturer for the defence and rail industry requires a Factory Operator for an immediate start. With long term work, progression and positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Assisting with a variety of duties around the site Unpacking materials Benefits: Free parking and walking distance of train station Training provided and Career progression Day shift and Early Friday finish Overtime available Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:45-17:00 Friday 07:45-13:00 Pay: £11.44 per hour Overtime (after 39 hours): Weekdays - £15.25 per hour Saturday - £17.16 per hour Sunday - £22.88 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments
