Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group. We are looking for a passionate Digital Delivery Specialist to join the team in Milan.
He/she will help to keep up to speed the websites delivered all around Europe. The successful candidate will help to assure a quality service to final customers, supporting with prompt analysis of the issues to their resolution.
A typical day in this role includes:
• Manage with the supervision of the Senior Digital Delivery Specialist the relationship and the communication with the Business Units stakeholders and he/she is responsible for issue and release management
• Help the Senior Digital Delivery Specialist to produce punctual and accurate management documentation (plan, release notes, meeting minutes) and support the creation of weekly reporting and status update on delivery to the main stakeholders
• Support the Senior Digital Delivery Specialist and eLab Tech stakeholders to manage the release plan
• Documenting defects into company tracking system (Jira) providing input and assistance to development team to identify and resolve defects
• Provide issue analysis .

What you’ll need:
•Degree in Computer Science Engineering or another related field
•From 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or consulting company
•Interest in the principles of eCommerce, mobile, multichannel and/or digital application systems
•Previous experience in retail or consulting company would be considered as a plus
•Fluent in Italian, English is a must
