Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Family Engagement Officer at Philip Southcote School, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of students and their families. As an integral part of our Safeguarding Team, you'll foster positive relationships between school, students, and families, facilitating improved outcomes and opportunities. Your responsibilities include delivering targeted family support to enhance social, emotional development, health, and wellbeing, while ensuring the inclusion of all students in school life. From initiating contact with parents/carers to providing one-to-one support and facilitating workshops, you'll be instrumental in building a supportive community aligned with our school's ethos and values.
We're seeking individuals with a passion for child welfare, demonstrated through relevant experience and a commitment to continuous professional development. If you have excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and a collaborative mindset, you'll thrive in this role.
