The Governing Body wish to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who will provide the very best for our children. Hold a level 2 SEN qualification (desirable)Hold Math & English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)Have a proven track record of working successfully with pupils
Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with the ability to contribute to a team of dedicated professionals
Have a commitment and passion for enabling pupils to realise their potential and achieve
Be resilient and a motivational person who can get the best out of every young person
Have excellent people skills with adults and young people
Be able to deliver prepared lessons, interventions and other supporting practices with small groups
Be able to support across a wide range of subject areas and have knowledge and experience in interventions
