We are looking for a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

As an English Teacher in our Alternative Provision setting, you will:
• Develop and Deliver Engaging Curriculum: Create and implement a tailored English curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Support Individual Learning Needs: Work closely with students to understand their unique learning needs, providing personalized instruction and support.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students and builds their confidence.
• Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, sharing best practices and supporting each other to achieve the best outcomes for students.
• Promote Personal Development: Help students develop essential life skills, including communication, critical thinking, and resilience.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
• Experience in Alternative Provision: Preferable, but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
• Passion for Teaching English: A deep enthusiasm for the subject and the ability to inspire students.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Patience and Empathy: Understanding the challenges faced by our students and providing a supportive and compassionate approach.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for students.
