We have an exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at our brand-new hospital in London, Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital. You will work and lead our multidisciplinary team and you will be able to provide a senior skill set. The successful candidate will contribute to service provision within non-invasive cardiac investigations, specifically overseeing Echocardiography and Non-invasive services. An ability to work flexibly across these different areas is essential. You will have extensive experience of managing Cardiology patients, and working within a busy service across the range of different diagnostic investigations including: ECG, Holter monitoring and patch monitoring, Exercise tolerance testing, Transthoracic Echocardiography and Stress Echocardiography, as well as providing service provision for inpatient investigations. You will have a demonstrable senior level knowledge and experience and be keen to lead, motivate, educate and supervise both the Physiology and wider multidisciplinary team. All candidates will be expected to work flexibly across a shift pattern of 8-8pm. Specifically, applicants for this role will be competent and independent in the following; Independent in Transthoracic Echocardiography with a desire to learn and run Physiologist led Exercise Stress Echocardiography clinics. BSE accreditation is essential in TTE. Experienced in supporting our clinicians in Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography. Desirably independent in PPM follow up. Helping you feel good.
