Summary
RGN/RMN with current NMC registration ENB 998 or equivalent Willingness to undertake relevant training and development skills as required Evidence of professional updating. Be able to show a clear understanding of clinical supervision Able to influence and motivate others. Effective planning & delivery of health education and/or training Setting objectives/appraisals relevant to individual and team Able to identify own training and development needs.
