Summary

This role is known internally as “Customer Connect Hub Officer.”

As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll handle enquiries and service requests from our customers, ensuring excellent service.

What you’ll be doing:
• Liaising with customers using email, phone, and webchat.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Using our IT system to accurately record customer information.
• Liaising with third parties, including contractors and external organisations, to resolve customer enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to update and maintain customer details.

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience using MS Office software and Outlook.
• Experience in a contact centre environment would be ideal.
