Summary
Absolute Industrial Recruitment Ltd are seeking a dedicated FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team in Hams Hall.
As an integral part of our clients operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team within the industrial sector.
Duties:
- Safely transport materials to designated locations
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during loading and unloading processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient inventory tracking
- Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate record-keeping
- Load and unload goods from vehicles with precision
- Operate forklifts and other machinery proficiently
Skills:
- Proficient in materials handling techniques
- Capable of heavy lifting in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to load and unload goods effectively
- Mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
- Strong skills in shipping and receiving processes
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
Hours of Work :
Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
Rate of Pay :
£12.00 - £13.25
