Summary
We are proud to be working with our global manufacturing client based who are currently expanding their friendly team based in Bethesda. We’re looking for Production Operatives x 2 to join them immediately on a temporary ongoing basis.
Pay & Hours of Work
· Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm – you must be able to work all shifts
· £12 per hour with an added shift premium when working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities
· Operating the sewing machine, vacuum packer, rolling, velcro and gaffer benches
· Responsible for good housekeeping e.g. keeping your work area tidy and clean
· Comply with the entirety of the production Q/A manual in relation to all duties undertaken
· Paying attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality and consistency are maintained in the production of all products
· Communicate clearly and effectively with Production Manager/Supervisor to ensure all agreed production and quality targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved on a daily basis
· Adhering to Health and Safety regulations to ensure the entire safety of all employees
· Following all reasonable supervisors / manager(s) instructions
Essential Skills
· Able to work successfully as a part of a team but also alone using own initiative
· Flexible with working hours
· Experience in manufacturing operations
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems and best practices
· Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing in an ISO environment – 9001 & 13485 is desirable
