Summary
Pre-Construction Manager - Tier 1 - Immediate Start
Role overview:
As the Pre-Construction Manager you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting the delivery of all Pre-Construction Services on projects up to £15m. Projects will be across a mixture of construction and refurbishment works over several frameworks.
Your day to day will look like:
- You will manage and coordinate all Pre-Construction activities
- Managing the Pre-Construction process from tender issue through to handover to the operational team
- You will work with the members of the Pre-Construction team to ensure milestones are successfully completed in the Pre-Construction process
- You will attend site visits to view the project during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with the designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in construction or engineering
- Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to £15m
- A proven record of successful project delivery
- Full project lifecycle experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
