Shift Patterns: Various shift patterns with the earliest start at 6:30 am and the latest finish at 8:00 pm. Assistance may be required on pre-arranged weekend work.
Job Description:
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Facilities Support Officer to join their team, covering long-term sickness leave. This role will involve providing support across multiple sites, including Bodlondeb in Conwy and Coed Pella in Colwyn Bay.
Successful candidate will be expected to:
* Assist with cover at Bodlondeb, Conwy and Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay.
* Various shift patterns earliest start is 6:30am and the latest finish will be 8pm (working 37hrs per week)
* Monday to Friday is the normal working week, assistance could be required on pre-arranged weekend work
*Good customer service skills required as the successful candidate will have dealings with the general public and staff members
* Good at dealing with difficult situations, such as angry members of the public (SIA accredited/trained would be advantageous)
* Full driving licence with the ability to drive a manual and automatic vehicle
